Welcome to 2 Spanish Moss Road! This beautiful and spacious five bedroom, five bathroom (plus two half baths) home can sleep a group of up to twelve guests + features a private pool and spa.
2 Spanish Moss Road is located very close to the Harbourtown area of Sea Pines & a short bike ride away to the beach. It is also a great spot to be close in proximity to the annual RBC Heritage Golf Tournament without having to worry about parking! Walk along the leisure trail adjacent to the home to be in the heart of the front nine action (holes 1, 2, 8, and 9) in under 8 minutes (approx. 600 yards).
A nice perk of this home is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax. Please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

• Bedroom 1: King (Master, 1st Floor, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)
• Bedroom 2: Two Queens (Mid-Level, 65” Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

**Additional Information**
• Distance to Beach: This home is 1.5 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is a very easy bike ride to the beach & bike racks are available at the Beach Club. You can also take the seasonal complimentary beach shuttle (which is available when parking is not permitted at the Beach Club). No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm. The seasonal beach shuttle lot is a short bike/drive away from the home.
• Pool/Spa Info: This home has both a private pool & spa + an outdoor half bathroom located by the pool. The pool is a freeform shaped pool approximately 25 feet at the widest and 30 feet at the longest. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.
• Dog Friendly: This home allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog + pay the additional pet fee.

This is the third year we have stayed here, property is in a great location. The open kitchen and den make it easy for large families to spend time together. The five bedrooms are large and spaced out to give everyone their own space. This year they had added a refrigerator to the garage which was perfect for drinks and snacks for the beach. Had a small issue with a sensor on the oven but maintenance responded quickly. The 2 primary bedrooms upstairs and downstairs had a little bit of clogging in the showers, but were still really clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at your home. Our teens enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much and all of the living space was perfect for our group of 7. We would definitely consider staying there again. The pool was not clean when we arrived but since we booked pretty last minute, we understand this may have been a timing issue and once we inquired the pool service came out twice to clean the pool. A few other things that would have been helpful to have stocked in the home were basics like salt & pepper, olive or other cooking oil and a sponge or other dish cleaning cloth. Dishes, glasses, mugs, cookware and utensils were very well stocked. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels etc.

The home was perfect as an overflow house for our Thanksgiving. Great location to HT. Lots of great extras offered at the home. And lots of room for puzzles, games and TV watching. And the rental company was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

You could tell the home was largely a rental and not maintained well, other than basic cleaning. Nice pool, but fire ants on the pavers. Master was roomy, but the bed was like a rock, and you could feel springs. The tile showers had black mold. Bugs found in house. Many lights didn't work. Poor lighting in main living area. No lamps only obnoxious can lights. Entered home and smoke detector was beeping. Took many trips by staff to fix, by eventually removing the detector. Area above the garage didn't cool well.
