Reviewer Comments:
This was our second year in this house. We like the convenience of ocean side and found the house clean and well maintained. The garbage disposal decided to quit during our week. Maintenance came promptly but didn’t have a replacement on hand so we went without it for the rest of the week. Other than that we would return. Nice house.

Reviewer Comments:
Great house for family vacation. This is not a fancy place, but everything is in good shape. The layout is good - 3 queens, a bunk bed room for 3-4 kids, 3 full bathrooms. If TVs are important to you, maybe bring your own - the one in bunk bedroom has no sound. Outdoor shower is perfect to reduce sand coming into the house. Screen porch also perfect spot to play games, eat, watch a rain storm and there is a nice deck above with loungers if you prefer the sun. There can be noise from the main road (first house next to the road) - but we brought fans / sound machines, so not an issue for us. Easy walk to beach - note some entrances to beach are closed off now (2026) - best to walk to one near 9/10th street.
