We had a wonderful stay at The Hummingbird House in Phoenix while attending a family wedding at The Farm at South Mountain. The location was perfect—just a couple of miles from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for wedding events and activities. The house was immaculate and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated in the Phoenix heat. The beds were super comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. One of our favorite parts of the property was the beautiful yard. It was a pure delight to spend time outdoors, and we even made friends with the neighborhood cat, whom we affectionately named Betty!Ryan was an excellent host and communicated promptly throughout our stay, making everything easy from check-in to check-out.We would happily stay at The Hummingbird House again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. This version is warm, personal, and highlights the property's best features while keeping a professional review tone.

The backyard is stunning!! Pictures don’t do it justice! The neighborhood is a lil older and parts ran down but felt safe inside. Was clean for the most part but a few small things could use more attention by cleaning crew. Overall, spacious, beautiful and relaxing home (the bidets were loved by everyone, nice touch !).
