Located in a lovely newly developing residential neighborhood with a wonderful backyard to hang out, BBQ, fire pit, & ping pong. Incredible open floorplan for the whole family to spend quality time.

*Airport 8min drive.
*Under 10 min drive to 2 Water Parks.
*Hop on 41 for a 1-hr drive to Shaver Lake or 1.5-hr Yosemite or Sequoia or King Canyon National Park.
Home is a 3 bed 2.5 bath 2100 sq ft house that comfortably sleeps 10.

There is an attached in-law suit 1 bed unit that is used by other guests but can also be booked. There is a connecting door but that is locked from both sides. The other unit is called:
Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.
Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!
You can fit a total of 3 cars in this driveway area. One inside the garage and 2 in front of the garage. More cars are able to park on the street in front of the house.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.
We would be grateful if you are treating our home like yours! Here are our steps that we’d do for your home and if you think anything is unreasonable please let us know as we collect and review this feedback with intentional thought!
• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.

The place is spacious and spotless. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts made to address some significant issues we encountered. This was our first time calling VRBO for assistance, but everyone was helpful. The owner's international support team was responsive and worked hard to help resolve the problem, and the local team ultimately fixed it on the third day.Several of the faucets have the hot and cold positions reversed, though not all of them. We also learned from the local plumber (very professional and helpful) that the showers only work in one specific spot. Not intuitive and initially created considerable confusion, particularly when the international management staff told us to run the water for 20 minutes to get it to work, even though that did not resolve the issue.The listing also advertised an ice maker, but it's disconnected. To their credit, the owner did arrange for a single ice tray to be delivered, which we appreciated, but a bag of ice is needed for larger groups, especially in summer.We also recommend reading the fine print carefully regarding the attached rental unit. You can definitely hear them (and they can hear you). The guests staying there during our visit were friendly, but we still found this reduced privacy surprising. Despite these challenges, we appreciated the efforts of both the support team and local staff to make things right and ensure we could enjoy the remainder of our stay.

Our host Kyle was great, making sure everything was as it should be for our stay. The home is very spacious, we found the beds to be very comfortable. The living room sectional was very nice and comfy. We enjoy making meals with our adult kids when we can be together, the kitchen was a nice size and allowed for us to function together.The neighborhood was nice and very quiet.
