The place was not clean when we arrived and wasn’t clean even after they cleaned. Dust and spiderwebs to dusty and dirty vents. Hard to tell if the towels and sheets were even cleaned. The sink in kitchen leaked and there isn’t a pool, hot tub, or gym. The pool was indoor and empty, the hot tub was boarded up and no idea where the gym even was if there was one. The wall paper throughout was peeling off. There was a smell throughout the whole place. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the TV on in the master bedroom and there weren’t any instructions. The dishwasher wobbles and the power went out two or three times during our stay. Handle in shower was loose and doors didn’t seal well. The host took awhile to respond or didn’t respond at all. Do wonder if the owner actually ever goes on site to see the status of the unit or ever monitors the cleaning. On the bright side…..it’s super close to the entrance of Banff NP and is situated between Canmore and Banff so location was really nice.

Everything was great, except if pool was open, or how to access.Lodging was great with some supplies provided. Would definitely book again.

Was the kitchen fully equipped for cooking. There was a very cozy vibe all around the lodge.
