We live just down the road and work on the property in our spare time. Our team handles the maintenance and management with as little interruption to guests as possible. Routine outdoor maintenance for the property is typically scheduled after 10 am for lawn, pond, hot tub, firewood, etc. Hot tub maintenance is communicated with guests in advance.

Why Book The Acres? You get the best of both worlds. The homes share a driveway entrance but separate into distinct living areas, allowing multi-generational families or corporate teams to spread out comfortably while coming together for meals, activities, and events. This two-home estate makes it easy for large groups to enjoy shared experiences while still having separate spaces to relax, sleep, and unwind.

Evergreen Acres is designed to sleep 30–35 guests comfortably across both homes, making this Northeast Ohio estate ideal for large group vacations, family reunions, retreats, and wedding gatherings. The spacious sleeping arrangement provides flexibility for multi-generational families, retreat groups, corporate teams, and other large groups traveling together. We provide all bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers.

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): 1 King bed + 1 Queen sleeper sofa (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): 2 King beds + 2 Twin beds (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): 2 King beds + 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (Private ensuite full bath).
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): 1 King bed + 1 Twin convertible chair (Full bath located adjacent).

Feeding a crowd is effortless with two fully equipped kitchens and massive dining capacities, making Evergreen Acres especially convenient for large group vacations, family reunion meals, corporate retreats, and wedding gatherings. Having two kitchens also gives large groups added flexibility for preparing meals, organizing catering, and enjoying separate dining spaces across the estate.

Cooking Power: Total of 4 ovens, 2 gas stoves, 2 dishwashers, and multiple microwaves.
Cold Storage: 4 Refrigerators total (2 in kitchens + 2 overflow fridges in lower levels) to store catering or groceries for the week.
Coffee Stations: Both homes feature coffee bars with Drip & K-Cup machines. The Barn includes a 45-cup urn for large group breakfasts.
Seating: Two custom 10-foot dining tables (one in each home) plus extensive outdoor patio dining options.

Folding Table & Chairs: Each property includes a 6-foot folding table and five folding chairs, providing additional flexible seating and table space for meals, games, gatherings, or other activities during your stay.

The Water
The Pond (at The Barn): Private recreational pond with 3 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, and a floating dock. Catch-and-release fishing allowed (gear not included).

🛟 For guests enjoying time around the pond, we provide four adult life vests. These are available for guest use during your stay and offer an additional safety option while enjoying the pond.

Day guests: Weddings and other approved events may accommodate up to 100 day guests.
