We offer for rent our house "Libération" located in the town of Grandcamp Maisy. It is a typical house of 91 m² with a sea view on all floors and just renovated which is located 150 m from the beach (supervised during the summer period) and its playground. It can accommodate up to 10 travelers and you will be pleasantly surprised by the living room which is very bright because of its veranda; the kitchen is fully equipped and this first floor also has a laundry room and a toilet. A small staircase will lead you to the outdoor terrace which will satisfy you with its location (facing south and not overlooked). This terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, a barbecue and for a comfort "back from fishing", a sink.
On the middle floor, you will find a first bedroom with 2 beds of 140 x 190.
On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with also 2 beds of 140 x 190, large cupboards and an office. A bathroom with large double sink, tap, shower with multiple jets and WC completes this level.
On the second floor, you will have the privilege of having your suite including a 140 x 190 bed, a closet, a work area, a toilet and a bathroom (washbasin and bathtub).
All rooms are equipped with shutters or blackout curtains.
Our house has 2 private parking spaces and is ideally located as it is 150 m from the beach and the playground and close to any amenities (butcher, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...).
The town of Grandcamp Maisy is a tourist town in winter and summer with its daily fish market, its weekly market on Tuesdays. It borders the sea from east to west which makes it a seaside village, a port village with its trawlers (visit of the port possible) and also has its sailing school with various services (sailing, paddle, kite flying, aquatic operation,...). Swimming and fishing is also an asset for this town but if you don't like fishing, don't worry because several restaurants offer excellent products and as a digestion, several visits are available to you (landing beaches, museum, Cotentin marshes, ...). Depending on the time of year, various services are offered (carnival in May, landing in June, nautical festival in July, sailor festival in August, scallop festival in November).
In Grandcamp Maisy, you will be only 30 minutes from Bayeux (famous for its tapestries) and 45 minutes from Caen and its airport.
To offer comfort to parents of young children, we can provide the necessary ones, i.e.: travel cot, high chair (Ikea), booster seat, potty, changing mat, bath seat for newborns and plastic dishes are already available.
You will be welcomed in your rental by a friendly and considerate concierge so do not hesitate to ask questions. A welcome booklet is also available.
A Facebook page is updated regularly and concerns the house and the surroundings, you can find information of all kinds.

Notes:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. Only bath mats and dish towels are included.
You will therefore have to confirm whether or not you are taking this service.
Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover and 2 pillowcases) is 20 € per bed (without this service, the duvets will be removed for hygiene reasons, thank you).
Towels (a towel and a bath towel) are €10 per person.

Note that this is not a house accessible to people with reduced mobility because there are steps.
