The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (140×200) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a study area and a beauty area with a washbasin.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the casino.

Activities :
- Water sports: beach, sailing lessons, children's club on the beach
- Hiking: direct access to the GR34 to discover the coastal paths
- Access to St Malo by boat-bus for a visit to the corsair city
- Discover the Channel Islands, only an hour away by boat
- By car: visit Mont St Michel, St Malo, St Lunaire, Cancale by the sea, or Dinan, Combourg or Bécherel inland.
- Events: International film and book festival (Saint-Malo in May), international music festival (Dinard in July), the Great Tides...
