The cottage is ideal for long weekends and holiday breaks to explore this wonderful market town and the unique Devon countryside. Totnes is 5 miles from the sea, close to Dartmoor and Exeter. Plymouth and Cornwall are just 25 miles away.
The cottage features a lounge, kitchen/dining and a garden terrace offering outside space for drinks and dining. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed,1 twin bed) and bathroom in the top floor.
Totnes is a lively market town offering good shopping and public transport. The cottage is close to the bus station and supermarkets. The railways station is 10-15 minutes walk away. Totnes offers 'alternative living', a great street market and a slower way of life ideal for holidays and short breaks.There is no PARKING AT THE PROPERTY

The house is in a great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and gorgeous hiking. The kitchen is well equipped and a patio is especially pleasant. It would benefit from a deep cleaning, refresh of decor (Knick knacks and plastic flowers be gone!), and better instructions. We foreigners struggled to figure out the shower system, for example. But all appliances worked well. The welcome book is outdated. And Totnes was a super anchor for our exploration of Devon.

The cottage was a delight - even better than the website photos. The generosity and thoughtfulness of starter supplies were very much appreciated. The Christmas tree and decorations also enhanced the welcome.
