Beautiful place. Great location. Only thing not making it perfect is the thin walls where you can hear your neighbors walking around and talking.

The property is in a great location to downtown Fredricksburg and within walking distance to main Street and the town square. Check-in was a smooth process and the property was very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

Great place and a perfect location. It was close to everything and an easy walk to shops and a coffee spot in the morning. The host was incredibly kind and even helped me set up a surprise, which made the stay extra special. We did have a small issue with the hot tub around 11:00 PM, but when we called they responded and made it right, which we really appreciated.Overall a great place for a 1–2 day stay in town. Would definitely recommend.

The place was okay and well located. The hot tub looked fine but we didn’t use it because it smelled strongly of chlorine. We had trouble finding the property, and when we tried to use the app for assistance it was useless — we couldn’t get any help. The floors squeaked with every step. The house is split into two units, and you can hear every footstep and conversation from the other side. The TV also has very limited channels. Consider yourself warned.
