A two-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located on Main Street in downtown Hot Springs offering convenient access to The Homestead, micropub BACOVA BEER and many other downtown locations, all within walking distance. In addition, there is the newly leased space, formerly Duck In Deli and Market, that is now Claire's Cakes and Cafe offering breakfast, deli sandwiches, soups, salads, espresso, hand dipped ice cream.
Main Street Apartment overlooks downtown Hot Springs while the Creek Side Apartment faces the spring fed stream at the rear of the building.
The MAIN STREET APARTMENT includes a large comfortable living area (with pull out queen bed), dining area, a full kitchen with Washer & Dryer, two spacious bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with two double beds) and a full bath. There is a 60" flat screen TV in the living room with streaming service and excellent WiFi throughout.

The spacious apartment was located in the center of town across from Bacova Beer Co. restaurant and Claire's Cakes and Coffee which was great for coffee (although not open until 8AM) if you don't bring your own coffee to make in the apartment. We enjoyed listening to the live music being played outside next to the Bacova Beer Co. We really enjoyed getting breakfast at the Homestead Resort, dinner at Waterwheel restaurant, and recommend taking advantage of the pools in Warm Springs, very relaxing.

The apartment was extaly as advertised. Our host Patrick was great and accommodating to all of our request. Even for a later check out.

Just perfect!- beautiful rental, larger than expected, perfect & convenient location... Loved the hike the owner gives access to on his farm- fantastic-- would love to return!
