We really liked the location of the condo, close to major sites. We could walk to the Louvre, Palais Garnier, Tuileries Gardens, Mussee d'Orsay. We found the beds and couch comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted very well. There was a washer but no dryer, but there was a fantastic, big drying rack that worked fabulously. There was no air conditioning and it was almost 90 F when we visited, but the triple fans worked great to keep us cool.

This is a fantastic property with very gracious hosts! The location makes it easy to navigate around Paris and the wonderful bistros. It has a great kitchen so you can easily sit at the table and share a meal.

Overall it was good for us as a 6 person group. However, I would like to point out the stairs to all 3 levels in the flat were extremely steep and uneven. For anyone with mobility issues I would not recommend. They were very difficult to navigate and could only get up by crawling.
