Blue Tide is one of the most sought-after properties on 30A, especially after undergoing a $2 million exterior renovation. It's situated between Alys Beach and WaterSound/The Big Chill. This 1-bedroom, ground-floor sanctuary is literally 15 steps from our private beach access stairs that lead to our large private beach. Just walk out of the door and onto the beach! It doesn't get much better than that!
In terms of size, you won't find a bigger 1-bedroom place on 30A that offers unobstructed gulf views. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, cozy, and most importantly CLEAN!
Imagine yourself sitting on the patio with a drink in your hand as you watch the sunset after a joyful day playing in our crystal clear water and white powder sand beach! Our low-density private beach provides the perfect beach experience away from the crowds, while still being close enough for a short bike ride to nearby town centers for world-class dining and boutique shopping.
Want to head to the pool? It's conveniently located just steps from the front door.
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and vanity so multiple people can get ready at the same time.
The living room offers a queen memory foam sleeper and a twin memory foam sleeper...perfect for 2-3 kiddos!
The kitchen is stocked with every possible utensil, appliance, and cookware that you can think of. It's perfect for a family who loves to cook!
Your reservation includes:
- In-unit washer and dryer
- 2 bikes
- Beach toys
- We cover the cost of beach service (2 beach chairs, umbrella, and table)
- Access to pool shared with only 17 other units
- 1 dedicated parking space with 6 additional 1st-come, 1st-served guest parking spaces

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone over the age of 25 and this person must be among the guests occupying the condo during the reservation.
- For health reasons, this is a non-smoking environment...patio included. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter our home or disturb other guests at Blue Tide.
- No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring their fur babies. Fines are substantial. Thank you for following our community rules.
- All entrances are monitored by cameras (no audio) for safety purposes.
- NOTE: Main guest will be required to complete a reservation agreement, including agreeing to house rules. prior to receiving access instructions.
- NOTE: Golf carts/slingshots are not allowed on our parking lot due to limited parking for vehicles. Most areas around us, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Prominence do not allow non-resident golf carts either, so there’s nowhere to really drive them. We do have bike rentals on-site and that’s the easiest (and most fun) way to get around!
ACCESSIBILITY:
- There is one 4" step up into the unit. Otherwise, the entire unit is on 1 level. Please note, the bathroom door is narrower than a typical bathroom door and may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair.

This is an amazing place to stay. There is a beautiful view from the patio and you’re just steps away from the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up each day made for a more enjoyable day by the ocean. My wife loves to cook and was impressed with how good the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pots,pans, and other utensils. Having a ground floor unit made for easy access to the beach for sunset views. The bed was very comfortable and clean. To sum it up, the location is great and close to dining and entertainment. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The beach access is just out the patio doors. Great communication with the host. We loved our stay and plan to book here again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The location was convenient to Seaside area and Rosemary beach with just a short bike ride away! Tricia was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The ocean view was spectacular and the beach service which was included was the icing on the cake! Thank you Tricia for putting so much thought and effort into making your renters' vacation so enjoyable!

This place was awesome for our needs. Looking out the windows to gulf was awesome. You could even hear the waves. The beach service was seamless and could easily go back and forth to condo we needed something. The bikes were also a great addition. It was an easy ride to alys and Rosemary for shopping or eating. Tricia was very helpful and easy to contact.What a wonderful place! We will be back.
