***TLDR - Excellent property! Would absolutely stay here again*** I just want to mention this so you can feel confident in your reservation and the property management. When we arrived it was late. The house was clean and ready but there were no towels in any of the bathrooms. We brought beach towels so we were able to make it work. The next morning I called the property management. The lady I spoke with was very apologetic. I told her we were fine and just asked if they could send some over when they had a chance. It was taken care of within the hour. This was a very minor thing and was remedied quickly. The property itself was great! The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and right next door to the neighborhood pool. Just a note, the top floor struggles to cool off. I feel like that is to be expected but wanted to keep it real for the review. We had another couple renting in the neighborhood stop and ask us one morning about his specifically. He mentioned that their top floor was really hot. Our house was definitely warmer, but not uncomfortable. However, that is subjective so every experience will be different.

Nice place, will be better when front stairs are fixed. The dryer would not work due to the vent being kinked and clogged, but we cleared it out. It’s a nice location, and the kiddie pool being right next door was handy. The beach there is gorgeous!

Great location with an easy walk to the beach. House was clean and had everything needed for a group to have a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice. The kitchen was well appointed. Only had parking for two vehicles which caused some issues but we were able to park those cars in another parking lot.

The location was great. Easy access to the bay and beach was fantastic. It easily slept our party of 10.
The sofa was old and stained and the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t fully clean. Kitchen cookware/bowls/items were not in great shape. We planned to use the grill, but the entire inside of it was rusted out. We bought a grill and left it there.
The downstairs fridge was broken and had mildew. The property manager offered to have the fridge repaired while we were there, but we ended up only needing the upstairs fridge.
We arrived on Sunday and trash was not picked up before we got there (bins were totally full). We spent Sunday-Friday there and had no place to put our garbage. We reported it to the property manager repeatedly, but didn’t end up having trash picked up until the morning that we left.
