The 80 m² house is as follows:
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall
- Living room with a sofa bed, bookcase and flat-screen TV.
- Kitchen opening onto the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area around the central island...
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), desk, wardrobe, private shower room with shower.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), desk, wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), desk, wardrobe.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- Terrace measuring 2.5 m x 10 m, with barbecue.
- 54 m x 16 m enclosed garden with fixed garden furniture.

- Grand Théâtre du Val d'Oise 5 minutes away.
- Pontoise regional hospital 10 minutes away.
- Court 5 minutes away.
- Prefecture and leisure centre 15 minutes away.

Good for 6 people but maybe more lounge chairs

L'Impressionniste The accommodation was adequate, the beds were comfortable and the property had space for the 6 of us. The property has great potential however I think it’s time for a new cleaner, it was very dusty and was quite obvious the house hadn’t been cleaned properly before as the dishwasher was still full on arrival, there was no bin bag in the kitchen bin, the light switches all had dirt on them, the sofa was covered in stains and didn’t smell particularly nice. In the photos the grass was cut nicely but on arrival the gardens front and back were severely overgrown and the garden furniture was broken, so over all not great but for a long weekend was OK, This property needs some tlc.

L'Impressionniste a really nice place to stay. There is a large garden to relax in and the house is bright with lots of natural light.
