The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children play area.
The Boardwalk has a full service Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has a large flat screen TV with cable TV.
The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flatscreen TV.
The living room has an ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. It has a flat screen TV as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook full meals while on vacation.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Thank you for choosing to stay with Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. Please review the payment terms for your reservation below:
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.
Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The condo is perfectly located. We have stay at the boardwalk several times. We would stay in this condo again. Having 2 king beds is definitely a positive for when we travel. Normally we travel with another couple. And for those with small kids, there is a lot for them to do. The only thing is , no table to sit with the family to eat. Just bar seating. But in the owners defense, they really didn’t have room. Other than that. Great place!!! Loved it!!!!

The Boardwalk was an excellent choice. The Unit had ample space for four adults. Was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Check-in was simple by allowing us to go directly to the Unit. The resort itself was clean & staff friendly. Having the Tiki bar onsite for drinks and food was a plus and very convenient. Beach was beautiful with chairs & umbrella rentals if desired. Pool area was clean & had ample seating, however, I did not understand the purpose of the rule of not moving a chair over by our loungers.

We arrived and the location was nice. The unit could definitely use some upgrading. I can say with the outrageous cleaning fees, we were definitely the most disappointed about this. We took plenty of pictures that we don’t have the option to post here, but there was a thick layer of dust on most things from the floor to the ceiling. We did not feel this was a clean environment and that is our main complaint. We also don’t appreciate the 4% fee and taxes placed on the payment method.
