Built in 1879 by architect Joseph Ough - a high-water bungalow in Mansion Flats and a genuine piece of Sacramento history. Fully remodeled inside, including a brand-new bathroom, with high ceilings and generous rooms.
Bedroom 1: king bed. Bedroom 2: king bed.
Open-concept living area with a smart TV, cable and streaming, plus a large family-style dining table.
Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster, knife set, and cooking basics.
Spacious backyard.
Linens and towels, central heat and AC, complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi.
Two private parking spots in the back alleyway - no hunting for street parking.
Guest Access:
Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.

A beautiful property tucked away in downtown Sacramento. Plenty of space and lovely layout. Perfect for my family. The host was amazing from start to finish. Very accommodating and communicative! Every message was answered right away.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet and within walking distance to coffee shop and the Sacramento Convention Center.

The night we got there someone was sitting on the front steps in the dark. Speaking of that, the front light didn't seem to work. There was an old deadbolt that wouldn't lock and the door seals very poorly so we didn't feel very safe at night. The place was beautiful inside and out. There were some spots where I could tell the cleaning crew doesn't reach up to dust, but overall was clean.
