Our room faced the beach which was wonderful. The condo was as advertised. The pool area was wonderful as well. The downside was that when we arrived, after a long day of traveling, the condo had not been cleaned. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor, beds unmade and dirty dishes in the kitchen. We were so disappointed. However, we called the after hours number and they had a cleaning crew there quickly and everything was cleaned and taken care of. After that we enjoyed the condo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! With the beach right next door and an easy walk to town, the location was ideal. The host also left thoughtful items like laundry pods and dish soap, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be booking here again next time we visit the big island.

We were happy to find this booking in the B building at Kona Reef. The view of Honi beach is lovely. Starter pack -Heavenly Hawaiian coffee! - and cold water in fridge was appreciated.Overall the unit is nicely updated. AC in bedroom a plus. We found we didn't need it in living area. Screen door to deck and ceiling fan kept it comfortable. Gather was responsive after hours upon our arrival. Just operator error in retrieving the key. Rep was very courteous and provided additional information on phone to us.
