Stunning Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in the prestigious and historic Marmalade neighborhood by the Utah State Capitol. Built in 1916, the property is on an amazing lot offering sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley and exquisite sunsets. Even though you are in the city, a five-minute walk gives you easy access to beautiful City Creek Canyon and Memory Grove, for walking or biking along the stream.

Host was extremely prompt to reply to questions and provided excellent instructions for the house. The house was so charming with claw foot tub in large bathroom, great view, and has more than ample common area space for a family. Very spacious kitchen and private parking is a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house to relax in after a day on the hill. Kitchen is well stocked, more so than most homes with kitchens that we’ve stayed at. Coffee/filters and dry creamer included. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is excellent..it feels like a water fall on your head. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, parking is tight on the entrance for larger vehicles. Location is excellent walkability to capital building, and downtown area. The view is incredible with beautiful sunsets and city lights. Communication with the host was quick and effective. This is a great place for a family to spread out and enjoy the space. We would definitely book this place again. Thanks Drew!

My wife and I had a great stay while in SLC for a ski trip. Very comfortable home and convenient access to the slopes. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was outstanding. The house is beautiful and roomie and even better than the photos, which was hard to do, as it looks so amazing from the photos. This house is full of character. The view is gorgeous. The house feels like it is tucked away from the rest of the world. We will be staying at this house again. One of my favorite parts of this house is the outside patio! Thanks for everything!
