Location, location, location……Most delightful, attractive seaside detached house with large balcony, in a superb seafront position with outstanding panoramic sea views of Lyme Bay, on the Jurassic Coast. Excellent holiday situation with just a few steps across the Esplanade to the magnificent mile long beach for swimming, water sports, rock pooling, fishing or just lazing in a deck chair.

A nautical theme with sea views from all the principal rooms. Most comfortable and well furnished.
Entrance Hall. Lounge, with gas fire. Panelled Dining Room. Well equipped Kitchen, with bistro style breakfast table and stools.

LOCATION, location, location……… Conveniently just a 5-minute level stroll to the local shops in one direction and pretty Axe Harbour with yacht club and cliff top golf course in the other.
Walk along by the River Axe to the pretty village of Axmouth, one mile away with 2 local inns. Nearby is the famous Seaton tramway, which runs along the beautiful River and Valley (a bird watcher’s paradise) to Colyford and market town of Colyton.
Superb walks along the South West Coast Path, one way to nearby Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and the other to the quaint fishing village of Beer, further on to Branscombe and Sidmouth.
A perfect home from home, relaxing by the sea in an idyllic location.
