Whispering Palms is a recently updated 3BR, 2.5BA beach house located just off the quiet west end of Scenic Highway 30A in Gulfview Heights, between Blue Mountain Beach and Gulf Place. You’ll be only steps from the sparkling community pool and about 880 yards from the beach access! This home boasts hardwood floors throughout, modern designs, 10ft ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The first floor's open living area features the living room with a sleeper sofa, dining, kitchen, half bath, and washer/dryer. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms include a gorgeous king master with en suite bath (includes a jetted tub) and balcony overlooking the community pool, a bedroom with a full bed, and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds, sleeping a total of 11 guests comfortably! The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location just a short walk to beach and great restaurants. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

The house was nice and exactly as described. We had issues with the cleanliness of the home. It wasn't cleaned super well. There was a dust pan under a couch, a fruit snack wrapper under the foot stool, a bed had sand in it and we had to remake it, and a pair of shorts that did not belong to us were found under a bed. I do not hold the homeowners responsible for this as this is the responsibility of the cleaning people. The can opener was also broken. There were plenty of towels and washcloths which was very nice. The kitchen only had one wash rag and one hand towel; a couple of each would be nice. Another review stated that they would make up a folder with information pertaining to the area for those who are not familiar with the surroundings. There wasn't any information. The pool right by the house was great.
