It is conveniently located on the ground floor allowing you access to an ocean front patio. Rain or shine, this condo’s views are magnificent. You are literally a hop, skip, and a jump to Broadway Street where all the main shops and restaurants are located.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is another full bath located in the unit. This beautiful condo also has an open kitchen/living room concept, allowing you to enjoy the company of others while cooking or watching your favorite show.
