THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX WITH TWO SEPARATE 3 BEDROOM UNITS. THEY CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY, TO SLEEP 6, OR TOGETHER TO SLEEP 12, SEE LISTING #223456. THE HOUSE IS THE 4TH HOUSE OFF THE OCEAN, SO JUST A SHORT WALK OVER THE DUNE TO THE BEACH!! UNIT A HAS BEEN REDECORATED AND REPAINTED THIS YEAR WITH A TOTAL BEACH COTTAGE THEME. WAINSCOTTING IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM- CEILINGS AND WALLS! NEW FULL BATH UPSTAIRS WITH DOUBLE SINK, AND HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES! ALSO OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER AND OF COURSE THE HEATED POOL IN THE BACKYARD OASIS!! FOR ME A PERFECT DAY IS TO GO TO THE BEACH, RETURN HOME FOR A COCKTAIL IN THE POOL AND THEN SHOWER AND ENJOY THE SUNSET ON YOUR UPPER DECK WITH OCEANVIEW! THEN EITHER GO OUT FOR THE NIGHT TO ONE OF THE GREAT RESTAURANTS ON THE BEACH OR HEAD TO DOWNTOWN SAINT AUGUSTINE ITSELF! (A 5 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY)

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and clean. The king bed was so comfortable I’m actually sad to leave it. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach before we got into the pool or the house. Will definitely be back next year.

Close to beach and lots of great places to eat. Even though duplex it was quiet and pool was great. This is a quiet street but yet in a great location.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We rented both units of the duplex. The place is ideal for multi families to stay. Close to the beach, amusement, restaurants and grocery stores. The kids really enjoy the heated pool. The units are clean and decorated lovely. We'd like to come back again!
