THE RV
Our 27ft Avenger camper is fully equipped and ideal for couples or small families.
-Sleeps up to 4 guests
-Queen-size memory foam bed
-Two twin bunk beds
-Full kitchen with fridge, stove, Keurig, and cookware
-Heat and air conditioning
-Bathroom with shower and flushable toilet
-Starlink WiFi (generally reliable, though speeds may vary)
-Pets are welcome to stay in this unit for an additional fee
OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy your own private setup surrounded by nature.
-Fire pit with seating
-Picnic table
-Propane grill
-Direct access to Ischua Creek for kayaking or fishing
-Firewood is available for purchase onsite. For safety and pest control, outside firewood is not permitted.
CAMPGROUND AMENITIES
Guests also have access to shared amenities throughout the property:
-Communal kitchen with additional appliances (microwave, toaster, blender)
-Bathhouse with hot showers and changing area
-Fresh local eggs available for purchase ($6/dozen)
-Dog park for off-leash use
-Wind Chime Memory Lane Trail (.6 mile walking trail)
THE EXPERIENCE
This is a nature-focused stay. You’ll be surrounded by woods, wildlife, and the sounds of the creek. It’s common to see deer, rabbits, birds, and other wildlife throughout the property. Seasonal raspberries, blackberries, and wildflowers grow naturally around the campground.
Please note: this is a rural setting. Bug spray is recommended, and cell service may vary depending on your carrier.

Our family comprised of children and grandchildren went for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to going again next year and staying much longer so that we can see much more than it has to offer!
