Condo includes 5G internet capable of streaming netflix etc., refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning in the bedroom, gas stovetop, air fryer, blender, kitchen ware and variety of kitchen utensils. A pool, laundry, modest fitness room, and barbeque area are available on the property ground floor. Property gate allows direct beach access and the surf is about 100 meters away.

Vehicle is recommended, uber, taxi, and rental cars are readily available at the airport. The condo in New Taiba is approximately 75 kilometers from the Fortaleza airport. The fishing village of Taiba is minutes away and features all expected services: fresh fish markets, restaurants, beach bars, gas stations, spa services etc. The weather is sunny, breezy, and 85 degrees most of the year with some rain during the rainy season.

Peace and tranquility are strong features of a guest stay at Taiba Beach Gardens New Taiba. Life here is generally very stress free. Surfing, kitesurfing and boogie boarding are common. The white sand beaches adjacent to the condo are not at all commercialized and on a weekday you may find yourself alone on the beach. A fresh water lagoon is 2 kilometers up the beach and is popular on weekends.
