Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!

I could not have dreamed of a better getaway in Tuscany! Nicola, the host, was the most accommodating and made our large group of 16 feel at home. The property offers the perfect location to everything you want to visit in the Tuscany region (Florence, Lucca, Siena, ext). The grounds are large enough for the kids to run around and the pool is perfect for beating the heat.
Our host helped us set-up a cooking class and a private chef for a Birthday dinner, which was the highlight of our entire trip! Don’t forget about the wine tour and all of the wonderful wine to drink. This was the perfect home away from home to create a TON of memories. I’d love to make it back one day!
grazie mille

Nicola was amazing, he gave us a detailed overview of the location and accomadated our every need. The house and rooms were very clean, smelled fantastic and were comfortable. We had a party of 15 and the children loved the pool. The only downside was having to pay for pool towels. We hope to return someday .

I cannot say enough great things about Podere le Rondini, but mainly Nicola, the host. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and pictures online don't do it justice. It was the perfect arrangement for our group of 15 people, where each couple had their own room & private bathroom, but there was lots of common areas, including the picturesque pool. The reviews we read about Nicola beforehand do not even amount to half the host he was. He was constantly available and the most gracious VRBO host I have ever encountered. He and his super sweet mother cooked 15 of us breakfast every morning (the best scrambled eggs I've ever had!) and set us up with transportation to/from the villa, wine tours, and a cooking class at the villa. I cannot say enough great things about Nicola and the villa. We spent 7 nights in Italy and this was by far the best experience we had all trip. Grazie mille Nicola & Podere le Rondini for such an amazing time!!!
