We’re not a polished hotel. We’re a farmhouse-style guest house with a hostel-friendly price tag and a bit of Fawlty Towers chaos thrown in for good measure. Clean rooms, a regular Canadian family, and the freedom to come and go as you please — no formal breakfast service, no forced small talk, just an authentic, budget-friendly base in Richmond.

We’re steps from the bus stop. Five minutes to Richmond Centre and the Canada Line — downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Less than 10 minutes by car to YVR airport. Perfect for early flights, late arrivals, and everything in between.
You’ll have use of the outdoor pool (seasonal), deck, and outdoor fireplace. Free WiFi and free street parking included.
Simple, practical amenities
• Thermostat / heater in room
• Dishwasher
• Seasonal swimming pool (July 1 – Sept 1)
• Free WiFi
• Microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, refrigerator
• Towels provided
• Street parking
• Locking door with your own key — come and go freely.
We don’t use pesticides. Nature occasionally finds its way in — if that bothers you, this might not be your place.
We’re more guest-house / farmhouse than traditional BnB, with hostel-level prices and zero pretension. Clean, safe, convenient, and genuinely budget-friendly. Integrate with the household or keep to yourself — no pressure either way.

Hosts could not have been more accommodating: Tammy kept a good line of communication and Will even helped me clear frost from my car's window. The room was as pictured: clean, big, and comfortable.

The place was nice, clean and warm. Will, the host was excellent. He was very caring and conscientious. He helped us throughout the stay with numerous things, as it was our first time there. He let us use the washing machine free of cost even though it wasn't included in the amenities privided. We had some very interesting conversations and I am glad we met him. Overall, I would highly recommend the place for staying because of the clean place and host who is extremely welcoming and accommodating.
