Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation notice and booking Registration Form must be completed and returned prior to stay listing details of all guests staying at the property (required for insurance and security purposes)
Additional Fees and charges will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Extra Guests (Adults or Children) are charged at $20 per person per night, 4 night minimum stay rates will apply. (eg: extra guest charge -minimum charge will be $80 p/p per stay plus $20 p/p per night thereafter after first 4 nights of stay. )

Everything about this property was perfect for my family. From the cleanliness, the 3 bedrooms, the well stocked kitchen and the location with a bus stop just a 1 minute walk away which takes you straight to the city.
Pat was wondering to deal with and she even left us some food and drinks on arrival which was greatly appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend anyone from staying here, especially families.

The new contents and cleanliness of the property cannot be faulted. The host provided us with a well written welcome pack - all appliances and equipment were therefore easy to follow. The host provided many “forgotten” items such as cooking oil, washing power etc which were not the so-called “value” / cheap items. There were other little gifts left for us and the host was responsive almost immediately. In terms of the outside traffic and the 60km road, it didn’t bother us because we were up before 7am, but the host had provided ear plugs. The garden was very well maintained. I would highly recommend this property.
