Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Recently updated and featuring all the amenities one would want in a mountain vacation home. Dog-Friendly Unit. The property includes a clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub and pool, an indoor hot tub and pool, a sauna, and a game room. Located just a few short blocks from Main Street Frisco.
This beautiful and recently updated 2-bedroom condo overlooks Ten Mile Creek and is located just a few blocks from Main Street Frisco. It boasts all the amenities needed to enjoy a mountain getaway, including a wood-burning fireplace, a deep soaking bathtub in the master bathroom, a washer/dryer, a garage, and several decks overlooking the creek. The full kitchen has all the appliances and utensils one would need to entertain.
The master bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic king bed and its own private bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a low-flush toilet. There is also a new flat-panel HD TV in the master bedroom, along with an iPod dock. The guest bedroom has a twin and double bed, along with its own private bathroom. This bedroom is located on a lower level of the condo.
You are just steps away from all the adventure this county has to offer. Step out the door and cross-country ski or snowshoe in the winter on the nearby rec path, hop on the free bus to one of the ski resorts, or visit the new Frisco Adventure Park, including a super fun tubing hill. In the summer, there are several trailheads nearby, the long rec path for a bike ride or walk, and the Frisco Marina is always a great place to visit. After a long day of adventure, come back and sit by the fire or hop in the outdoor hot tub just steps from the front door. There is also an indoor hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, game room, and small exercise room. This is the perfect condo in the perfect mountain town, no matter the season.
This condo is also within walking distance of many Frisco restaurants, retail shops, and activities. Summit Stage is just a short walk away and provides a free shuttle bus throughout Summit County. Would I stay here again? Yes.Do I wish I had known a little more before staying? Also yes, so I’ll be thorough. View - The view off the deck is absolutely phenomenal! This was my largest priority in choosing a place, and the pictures I saw in advance did not do it justice. The river that you can see just off the deck is spectacular!Location - Amazing! We love Frisco, and it was easy to get to other places. Service - We had one issue getting one of the Smart TVs working, and they sent maintenance to help us. Ryan was wonderful!! Steps - There are 30 steps to get from the ground to the main living level. Layout - You go up 15 steps and enter the unit. That level is a bedroom/bathroom suite, and feels like its own little apartment. Go up another flight of stairs and you reach the main living level. Condition - It could use a lot of TLC, but that would not necessarily keep me from staying again. The carpets are bad - very dirty. We didn’t sit on it or walk around without shoes. Downstairs bathroom is dark and has peeling wallpaper. The shower doesn’t work well. The upstairs bathroom is great. Downstairs bedroom blinds don’t work properly. The living room is functional. The kitchen is good and had everything we needed. Coffee maker is drip machine - not pods. They provide filters and a coffee sample. Garage - Tiny and not connected to unit. We didn’t use the clubhouse across from unit! Hot tubs and pools inside and out. Property was good. Management Co Great

Host was fantastic and very responsive. The property location is wonderful; a short drive to I70 but no road noise. The creek is literally RIGHT there and is only feet away from the building. Amazing views from the patio. The condo was a bit dirty. The carpet is in desperate need of a proper cleaning. The price is a tad high for off season compared to other frisco condos.

This unit was fine, but not particularly well maintained. The carpet is a mess of stains, the entry door has latch problems and opens itself... just generally a poorly maintained unit. Cleanliness could be improved also - spare pillows were covered with pet fur, not enough space pillow cases made that kinda gross. Garage was a nice convenience.
