This house is perfect for what we needed. There’s not a lot of living space so if you wanted to have big dinner or a lot of family time, it’s not ideal for that. However, all we needed was a place to crash at night and plenty of beds for everyone- which this place definitely has! Kitchen had the basic necessities. Washer/dryer was used by our group and worked great. The location is great. In a cool old part of Houston ever walkable to tons of great restaurants.

House was nice and very clean! Had plenty of beds for everyone, and plenty of parking as well! Everyone who stayed was able to park in the back and they also have a gated lot!
Only con was check-in is at 6pm so I requested an early check in, in which I had to pay a $50 convenience fee to move the check in time between 2pm - 4pm. However, the day of check in we weren't able to check in until 4:36pm. The host was mostly communicative as they could be however that was all.
Would definitely stay here again with a big group!
