The bright and spacious apartment is situated in the village of Pianello in an ancient complex of stone built houses many decorated with antique frescoe walls. These typical village houses are built in natural stone on the side of the hill all overlooking the beautiful Lake Como.
The luxury apartment offers rustic design with all modern facilities having been completely refurbished in July 2010 and offers every possible convenience for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Wireless connection with router quikly and without limits.
A reserved parking space is provided at the base of the property and some stony steps lead to the entrance to the apartment (a level, winding path of approximately 40 meters).
An open plan living/dining area with working fireplace and stunning views across the lake. Leading from the living area is access to a large delightful part covered sunny terrace with views across the town to the lake beyond.There is a practical and fully fitted kitchen with new appliances and small eating area overlooking an enclosed courtyard.There is a beautiful king sized bedroom which is light and fresh with lake views. Next to the bedroom is a small, practical dressing room with plenty of storage.The bathroom is light with all modern fittings.

The stay here was great. The view from the terrace and bedroom balcony amazing. The host was very responsive and helpful. There is a designated parking spot on the street below. We would come back here.

We had a great time enjoying the breakfast and dinners on the terrace, while admiring the view. We liked the feeling of the house, which felt cozy and welcoming.

We stayed here for a week at the end of May. The highlights were the stunning view and the two terraces. We also appreciated receiving a video from the host that made it easy to find the apartment, which else could be very difficult. The apartment was reasonably clean, and the location is beautiful, although a car is essential as the road up the mountain is quite winding. It is possible to walk down to the lake, but the walk back up is steep.Unfortunately, the apartment was unbearably hot during our stay, making it difficult to sleep. There was no fan available, and it was hard to create enough airflow. Leaving the windows open also meant that small insects came inside.Overall, a beautiful location with amazing views, but the heat significantly affected our comfort.
