This newly restored 1928 duplex has large open spaces with a large living room, fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining room!
Two large bedrooms with King Beds and plenty of space to move around!
Twenty windows in each unit offers plenty of natural light and view of our local mountains.
Everything you need in the bathroom including luxurious towels and other bathroom amenities!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire upstairs duplex with direct access to the front and back yards.
Other things to note:
Please supervise your dogs in the backyard. Although it is fenced, please do not allow your pet to visit there unattended. Please pick up after pets with the pooper scooper provided.

Loved this rental! So cute and comfortable and close to downtown Hot Springs. My dog lived the backyard, too. Will definitely be back!

This clean, roomy apartment suited our needs and it was wonderful to be able to bring our fur babies. We walked from the house to the strip and even to the trails. The house provisions were generous and considerate. It felt like staying at a relative’s house who loves you and wants you to be comfortable and happy. We were.
