THE LAYOUT
The main floor's open-concept design offers a spacious and inviting living area that perfectly blends comfort and style. The living room features large sofas and recliners which is a perfect spot for perfect for family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with high-end Thermador appliances, large walk-in pantry and complete with a large variety of cookware and dishware. It's fully stocked with everything you need for your culinary skills. Dine at the elegant dining room table and bar stools along the large kitchen island. Coffee drinkers are delighted with three options of machines from Kuerig K-cup, Nespresso and Jura. The wet bar is thoughtfully equipped for preparing your favorite cocktails and drinks. Step outdoors to the massive, elevated deck with firepit, gas grill and a variety of sofas, loungers and chairs, providing a cozy space to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The main floor also includes several guest bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other has two full-size bunk beds, making it perfect for families with children. The top floor of the home is dedicated to three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. The master suite features a king bed and a large private balcony. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a spacious walk-in shower, his-and-her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The first guest room also boasts a king-size bed and includes a desk, for those that need to get a little work done. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a walk-in shower, offering a touch of luxury. Positioned at the back of the house, the second guest bedroom offers peaceful beach views. Lovely. Amazingly well equipped house with loads of helpful surprises - lots of fridges and ice machines, coffee machines and dishwashers, beach towels etc..Just kept running out of plastic cups (and mugs for coffee) for by the pool with 8 adults and 90 degree heat!

Our group was eight adults and three grandchildren ages 7, 4, and 1. If our schedules allow it, we will rent again next year. The house is roomy, very clean, and the beds are top-notch. The combination of being on the beach while also having a swimming pool was perfection. By the end of the day, the kids were wiped.There are plenty of Roku TVs, and the living room has comfortable seating with an enormous “picture frame” TV. Bath and beach towels are more than plentiful, as are pool toys, beach chairs, and sand toys. There are also three paddle boards, which were a lot of fun. There was a high chair and a play/pen crib for the one year old. The kitchen is spacious; pots and pans are in good shape and plentiful.But since an honest review should include at least one complaint, the cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher are perfect examples of how to over-engineer simple controls. Once you figure out the quirks, they work fine, but it’s irritating having to think about how to microwave your coffee for 30 seconds.Two more notes: We had no concerns about pool safety. The pool is separated from the living area by a flight of stairs, two regular doors, and finally a large slider that the four-year-old couldn’t budge. There is also an elevator if someone has mobility issues, or if you don’t want to drag luggage or groceries up the stairs.
