With family or friends, you will be won over by this small house that is fully equipped, spread over 2 floors (mezzanine), a veranda and a small courtyard where everyone can live at their own pace!

- A large bedroom with a 160 bed
- A dining area in the veranda
- Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen with all the equipment and utensils needed to cook like a chef!

- Small courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and gas plancha

Upper floor
Semi-open mezzanine consisting of 3 single beds of 90, not recommended for children under 7 years old as the staircase is quite steep
Bed linen and towels are provided

For cars, parking is free on the street. For those who wish to arrive by train and enjoy a stay without a car, the station is only 500 metres away.
In the immediate vicinity of all shops, the town centre, the Grande Plage, the Arago and central market halls, the fishing port and the pleasure port.
