Great, great location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping. Thanks Scott and Paula for everything.

First impression was good, however there was an infestation of ghost ants, the piping under the kitchen sink broke/leaked (fixed once), the bathroom sink while it was beautiful, is not practical (to me) for a rental situation and the handle did not work properly. Sometimes took a long time to find a place where it would turn off. The screen door/frame needs repairing. more comfortable dining table and outside table would be so much better.

Room needs a new paint job - especially the woodwork. Also floors looks dirty because of all the stains. The exterior needed some cleaning - lots of weeds coming up through brick.
We did not have any beach towels.
We did like the nice beach chairs and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nice but no dish detergent so I had to buy some.
