Tahoe Italian is a rare $300,000 custom-designed residence, offering the largest private living area and the most expansive 7th-floor views in the entire resort. As a premium end-unit (701/703), the space is bathed in natural light through additional windows, framing panoramic vistas of the Palisades mountain runs and the championship golf course. This isn't a standard hotel suite—it is a bespoke mountain sanctuary designed for those who value privacy and unparalleled scale.
BREATHTAKING CUSTOM INTERIORS The difference is in the details. While standard units use hotel-grade finishes, our home features:
Solid Cherrywood Walls: Hand-crafted woodwork lines all exterior walls and window frames for a warm, mountain-estate feel.
Designer Focal Points: A cascading granite fireplace and a sparkling Strass crystal chandelier.
Premium Flooring: Imported New Zealand wool carpets and elegant travertine stone in the entry and primary bath.
The Primary Suite: An 1880s Neoclassical Cherub Italian king bed with a TempurPedic mattress and pillows, dressed in the Austin Horn Collection luxury bedding.

Gear Storage: Ski and golf equipment must be stored with the resort’s dedicated valet; gear is not permitted inside the suite.
Cleaning: We utilize a private professional cleaning team for a higher standard; daily hotel-style housekeeping is not included.
Parking: Paid directly to the resort (approx. $35 self / $65 valet).
Ownership: This is a privately owned residence. All furnishings, games (Apples to Apples), sleds, and décor are our personal property.

We absolutely loved our condo! Check in was easy and quick, and our condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It felt like home and Desiree was wonderful at communicating everything needed to make our stay perfect. She also had extra soap and shampoo which was such a nice surprise. Rooms came with luxurious and soft robes to keep warm. Loved having mini fridge, stovetop, and microwave to cook meals as well. The entire condo has the most magnificent views and there is a beautiful fireplace for chilly nights. By far the best condo our family of five!

Great stay for a ski vacation. The resort has many amenities for the whole family, and the unit itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. Resort has its own chair lift so access to the skiing is easy.

Great to stay at the resort.
Master bed frame was so big that bedroom had no place for bedside tables, and we couldn’t put luggage anywhere but on top of bed. Bedroom curtains were pieces of rag. Dishwasher accumulated water (improper drainage installation). Closet in adjoining bedroom fully used by owner.
