The Space:
In June of 2022, we completely renovated our home and are thrilled to share this beautiful space with you! Enjoy staying in a thoughtfully decorated and curated home designed with your comfort in mind.

Relax in the cozy living room featuring a 55” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The room also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress, ideal for extra guests or the kiddos.
🍽️ Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils, allowing you to cook your favorite meals just like at home. Start your mornings with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge.
🛏️ Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1)
Indulge in the luxurious King bed with fluffy pillows and crisp linens. The room also features a 43" Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.

Rest comfortably in the Queen bed, complete with fluffy pillows and luxurious linens. The room includes a closet with a luggage rack and hangers for your belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and toilet paper.

The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco, featuring a fire pit with a seating area, a new gas-powered grill, and a glass dining table. Fire up the grill for a cookout in the fenced-in yard, and enjoy nightly s'mores as you take in the beautiful Colorado evenings.

Our garage has been transformed into an amazing hangout space! It includes a pool table, couch, table and chairs, fridge, and a TV. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and create lasting memories with family and friends.

We provide a Pack n Play and highchair for those traveling with little ones.

We are legally registered with the City! Rest assured that your host won’t be shut down and your booking canceled right before your trip!
Guest Access:
🔑 You will have access to the entire home to yourself. You will have a unique door code to the smart lock that will only be active for the duration of your stay for maximum security and convenience for our guests.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

Good location and very close to Old Colorado Springs. Very cute spot. The only downside was it didn’t seem as clean. Our dog was able to find a few food items laying around the floor. They also only had body towels. No hand towels or wash cloths.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Kaitlyn was so supportive and accommodating. We had a lot of changes to our travel plans - she made it so easy to extend our stay and get me information to make our arrival smooth.

Super clean and well-stocked with basic cleaning and kitchen needs. Parking was easy especially for one car. Two very spacious bathrooms which is nice. The billiards room was fun but definitely would be too cold in cool weather.

Pros: Clean house. Felt safe in this neighborhood. Close to Old Colorado City shopping which was nice. Also close to garden of gods and lots of other touristy stuff, restaurants, etc. Bar/restaurant nearby called Mother Muffs has excellent breakfast and I would highly recommend. Kids loved the pool table in the garage. Washer and dryer which I loved. Quiet neighborhood although a few homeless like to hang out at the nearby church, they were no bother. Nice kitchen with dishwasher and snacks/drinks left for us by host which I appreciated.
Cons: Beds were not comfortable. They are very firm memory foam beds, too firm for me and left me hot all night. The pull out bed in the living room is old and worn out, marginally ok for kids to sleep on. The two small a/c window units don't cool the house, which would be no big deal except we were there during a heat wave (90s in colorado is unusually hot) and I know many houses in colorado don't have air at all so if this is a big deal for you look elsewhere. Really, if the beds would have been better I would have felt great about this house but unfortunately we didn't sleep well at all on these beds.
