Rated 10/10 across 130+ verified guest reviews and one of Shorewalk's most-booked condos - this 1,250 sq ft Lakeview retreat delivers the kind of Gulf Coast vacation that guests come back for, season after season. Two resort pools, two hot tubs, a private screened lanai overlooking the lake, and IMG academy just 5 minutes away as well as Anna Maria Island just a short 15 minute drive fro the condo; everything is already here and waiting for you.

Whether your visit revolves around IMG Academy, a stretch of Gulf Coast beach days, or a sunny snowbird getaway, this is the kind of place that feels like home within the first hour of walking through the door.

THE SPACE
At 1,250 sq ft, this second-floor Gulf Coast corner condo gives you genuine space to unwind and settle in. The second-floor position means no overhead foot traffic, elevated sightlines, and the kind of natural airflow that makes Florida mornings something to look forward to. The open-plan living and dining area seats four and opens directly onto the screened lanai — the sort of outdoor retreat that turns a quick cup of coffee into a leisurely morning ritual. Every room is bright, comfortable, and designed for real relaxation, not just a place to sleep.

The kitchen is outfitted from top to bottom — full appliances, complete cookware, and everything you need to cook and eat in like a local. Publix and Aldi are both an easy walk away. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bath just steps away — perfect for kids, another couple, or teammates on the road together. In-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, and beach chairs for your Anna Maria Island adventures are all part of the package.

THE RESORT
Shorewalk Vacation Villas is a complete resort experience built around the water. Two heated pools, two hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, lakeside walking trails, a clubhouse with billiards, and BBQ grills — all set within beautifully manicured grounds that most guests find themselves reluctant to ever leave. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within easy walking distance right outside the front gate.

5 MINUTES FROM IMG ACADEMY
IMG Academy is one of the most respected sports training facilities in the world — and this Florida beach condo sits just five minutes from its entrance. Families visiting for tournaments, recruiting trips, and showcase events come back time and again because it offers something no hotel can match: a true home base with a full kitchen, two resort pools, two hot tubs, and a private lanai to unwind on after a long day on the sidelines. This is IMG Academy lodging that actually feels like a vacation.

15 MINUTES FROM ANNA MARIA ISLAND
Anna Maria Island beach days begin here and end beautifully — fifteen minutes to Coquina Beach, Bean Point, and the most brilliant turquoise water on the Gulf Coast. Load up the cooler, grab the beach chairs we've provided, and make a full day of it. Grab lunch at the Sandbar Restaurant on the waterfront, or stop into Skinny's Place for what many locals swear is the finest grouper sandwich on the island.

WHAT RECENT GUESTS SAY
"This was honestly the best VRBO experience we’ve had. We needed a last-minute place and got lucky that Ervin’s condo was available. It’s super spacious, really nicely updated, and very clean. My wife and I loved sitting out on the lanai with the cool breeze and peaceful lake view, it was such a relaxing spot. The condo had everything we needed, and being able to walk to Publix for groceries made things easy. We also enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and the clubhouse staff was friendly and helpful. We’re really grateful for the stay and would definitely come back".
