The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with two stoves, two refrigerators, propane and charcoal grill, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delectable meals. Gather around the dining table to savor your culinary creations, or step outside and enjoy the fresh air and nightly stars on the five porch swings surronding a fire pit.

*** We do live in a small cabin near the lodge. We have been here for over five years. Guest enjoy the fact that we bring the three goats and Penolope the pig for the guest to pet and feed. Last year my wife rescued some kittens so now they are grown and at times they might walk to the lodge. It is very rare that they come up to the lodge but sometimes they do. The cats are not allowed to go inside the Lodge.****
Again we been doing this for over five years and almost everyone loves the animlas. Also we only bring the goats and pig out upon request.

Excellent place. Very clean. There is about everything you could want one of the two kitchens. The plenty of space to sit, eat inside and out. The fire pit is great. New hot tub is nice. The sunsets are outstanding. The owner is very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. **Notice to motorcycle riders** The road to the cabin can be tricky. The road also comes out on a blind curve so be careful. With that said, we will stay again.

This cabin was perfect for our trip. Great location, awesome communication with the host. House was clean and had everything you could ever want to do. We will be staying here again.

Brian, the host, made sure to touch base and make sure we knew how to work everything and that we had everything we needed for our stay. We were a small group, but the house is definitely set up to accommodate larger groups. The property is beautiful with beautiful views. It is a short drive to Ft. Smith Lake State Park which is a very nice park.

We had a fantastic time. The host was pleasant and helpful. The views from this location are stunning and the cabin is perfect. My kids loved the grounds, the goats, and fishing in the pond. We look forward to returning.
