If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Bever run is one of my favorite places to stay while skiing in Colorado. This is a large two bedroom unit. It is very convenient to the list and true ski and ski out. I dug at 70s vibe, those some will say it’s outdated. Unfortunately, the hot water was out while we were in the unit, We had a great time and I would recommend this place.

Great location, true ski in ski out, and 10 min walk to town. Comfortable stay with multiple guests, king bed, queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa.

Our condos as strategically booked due to a festival at the Beaver Run resort and a handicap person in our group, groups ability to navigate the festival with hotel. Our reservation was canceled and we were given an option 10 minutes away by walking (wheel chair not so easy) down the hill from the festival. Unfortunately, Yandy the reservationist (over seas) was not interested in our plight and was not helpful in securing a condo at the resort we originally paid for. He was not interested in giving us a discount for our problems, just moved on offering us this condo. Condo was nice well kept, situation is the reason for the score.
