The downstairs has a separate entrance and contains laundry room with washer and dryer, bunk beds in the laundry room and separate room with Queen bed, full bath, and television. The downstairs is perfect for a separate family to have privacy or for older guests that cannot traverse the stairs. There is wifi and cable along with smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc. upstairs and downstairs. There is a propane grill downstairs under the carport.
