Accommodation of 35 m² cosy and very bright, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.
It has a lift, high-speed fibre internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open seasonally 1/06-30/09), garden, children's area, 1 covered or open-air parking space in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 ceiling fan, 1 Television, washing machine, iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/equipment, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- Key handover and check-in are carried out at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor, trading name BenidormBooking, directly opposite the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.
- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)
- Check-out before 11:00
- Pets are allowed (maximum 1 per stay) with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The apartment was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent with lovely views of the sea & beach and along the Medeteranio Avenue.
Plenty of clean towels and sheets.
