Accommodation of 80 m² comfortable and very bright, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.
It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community swimming pool + children's pool, heated community swimming pool, children's area, tennis court, padel court, garden, private garage space in the same building, 2 Televisions (1 Smart TV), iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

Good location, comfy bed in the bedroom, but pillows too deep. Good WiFi. Clean.
No British TV. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Not enough options of drinking glasses. Towels were very thin and worn. Good bathroom but no ventilation. Some of the blinds need attention.

What an incredible apartment. The views were stunning. The apartment was spacious & had everything we needed. It was easy to access. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The pool was lovely & so peaceful. The location was perfect, it's in easy reach of the beach, bars & restaurants. There is a large supermarket opposite. We absolutely loved our stay & would definitely stay again.
Not having access to some chairssunbeds at the poolside. This added extra by the owners would be lovely but we did know this before booking/staying.

Location and view
Socket at side of tv hanging out of wall. TV in bedroom did not work. Neither did the remote. Control. TV in living room had no English speaking channels.
