This beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment sits centrally in the quiet well-maintained Banyan Court complex on the south coast of the Barbados.
**Please note that 10% VAT is included in the room rate. BBD8.75 (USD4.35) per night Room Levy to be collected on arrival and paid in cash**
The unit is ideally located on the ground floor and has two fully furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster oven and an abundance of kitchen supplies for all your holiday cooking and baking.
The living & dining areas are tastefully furnished in an open plan atmosphere that enjoys the wonderful breeze. This area leads to the patio which looks out onto the gardens & the large central pool. It is ideal for enjoying the tropical afternoons of Barbados, especially after a long day at the beach!
This apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a home-away from home. Cable TV, telephone and high speed WIFI/internet access are included. There is also a weekly maid-service and shared common laundry with washer and dryer that are coin operated. There is a designated parking spot for the unit, located right next to the building and also ample visitors parking nearby.
As a privately owned apartment, this is a perfect alternative to a hotel room at half the cost and makes it exceptionally good value for any discerning traveller.
Available for both short and medium term rentals, it’s perfect for a couple or small family, who desire a home away from home on their vacation.
One minute walk to public transport - close to Bridgetown and on the upbeat South Coast area.

We loved our stay at this property. The apartment has everything one needs, it’s clean, comfortable and quiet, very conveniently located. Pool was a nice bonus. Marylee is a very responsive and helpful host. We will not hesitate to stay at this property again.

This apartment was perfect for me, my kids, and mom. Conveniently close to the best sargassum free beaches, quiet in the evenings, and clean. We felt 100% safe at all times and would recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly option while not sacrificing comfort in any way.

This property was great for our last minute and short beach getaway. The property provided entertainment for the kids with outdoor space to play, including a swing set and a pool. We were a 5 minute walk from Brownes Beach and restaurants.The apartment was clean and tidy, and our host and property manager were both helpful and accommodating.Overall a great experience to have some fun and relax. We would go back again.
