Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #103, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Sleeper Sofa
The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Overall the condo was very good. The couches could use a good cleaning as they were a little dingy. But, we had a relaxing stay and would certainly consider staying there again. Late in the week there was a very bad issue with mosquitos on the condo grounds. Perhaps the property manager could spray a little better for insects/bugs.

Overall the stay was great! Good location, convenient parking and access to unit. Spacious unit - 3 beds/3bath. Nice furniture in bedrooms and dining. Living room area was nice with exception that love seat could use a cleaning and sofa was not very comfortable. Outdoor patio had convenient stair access to beach. Kitchen was nice and well supplied, but a few things could have used some extra cleaning. Staff were friendly. Points available for beach gear were an added bonus. Would definitely stay at this complex again.
