Downstairs bathroom. Large master bedroom with walk in closet and river and garden views. New upstairs bath with tub/shower, subway tiles and vaulted ceiling. Private and quiet gardens, with gas grill and outdoor dining area. Large level lawn, perfect for play. Walk to restaurants, CT's oldest movie theater, stores, lake.

Great owner very quick to respond. Highly recommend this property! We miss the sound of the flowing river; extremely tranquil and relaxing. 👍

We had a great stay in Bantam. The house is full of an eclectic mix of antiques and art work. The house is set far from the road and has a wonderful brook running behind it. The vibe is funky and charming. The owners were super responsive and nice.
Bantam is a great base to explore the many beautiful towns in the area. The White Memorial Conservation Center is a few minutes away and has many shaded lovely trails. We walked our dogs there everyday.

Property could use some updates/repairs. Great location to access CT Berkshires.
