This newly constructed Lakeside luxury home features a large private pool (heated upon request) with a tanning ledge and enough room to host 22 guests. Cabana Cove is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Entrance to the Beach is under a 2-minute golf cart or a 7-minute walk. We are also just a stone's throw from Red Fish Taco (Great live music venue) and Blue Mountain Creamery! Enjoy our 6-seater golf cart, a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen, and a beautifully wooded neighborhood with excellent nearby food and drink options. Not only do we have a private pool, but there is also a large community pool, a playground, and a park within the neighborhood, less than a minute walk from the house. For the rainy days, we have a ping pong table set up in our garage. The beach is 0.4 miles from our home.

Pool heating is available for $55 per day. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
