Note: There is an apt in the main house that sleeps 8.
Nestled between Big Jay, Little Jay, Buchanan Mountain and Domey's Dome is our comfortable mountain home with a beautiful deck and a path down to Jay Brook.
The main living space is the top floor. The kitchen is new as of November 2020. The dining room is right next to it. The master bedroom is very large. Downstairs there are two bunk beds (sleeping 4) and a queen bed.
The view of the mountains is stunning even when it's cloudy and raining. The starry skies are amazing and wonderful to view from the deck or while sitting by the fire pit. Dry wood is right there for your use.

Perfect space for the two of us and our dogs. Loved the balcony for star-gazing and watching the sun rise I er the mountains. Felt very comfortable leaving the pups in their crates so we could go to non-dog friendly spaces - was nice to have the main house on the property and know their were people close by! The key pad to get in didn't set automatically for our code to get in, the hosts were very prompt and friendly fixing it for us to get in! We forgot to throw out a few food items in the fridge, reached out the the host who said it was no trouble, it would get taken care of! Was a great experience!

The guest house was perfect for my family and 2 dogs. Some kitchen supplies may need to be upgraded. Danny was great and quick in responding with a few issues we had. The property is seriously 3 minutes away. Will stay again

Nothing to share but the kindest of words for Danny and his property. Gorgeous location, dog friendly and close in proximity to Jay.
We felt safe crating our dogs while we rode, and took the liberty of doing some exploration on the property while we were there.
Can definitely see us renting again (and again) if Danny lets us!

We had a great time and Danny was very communicative prior to and during our stay. It far exceeded our expectations and there was a ton of room! Nothing bad to say at all and we will definitely stay here again if we make another trip up to Jay’s Peak
