Very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "La Senia". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 60 m from the sea, 60 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property with lawn, natural garden, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-24:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking space n 22. Supermarket 950 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop 60 m, sandy beach. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 120 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Urlaub war sehr schön! Wollten sogar noch länger bleiben, leider war das komplette Haus ausgebucht. Sehr schöner Ort, ruhige Lage, einfach perfekt für die Familie mit Kindern. Apartment ist sehr hell und gut eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt's alles, was man fürs kochen oder backen braucht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß genug. Wir hatten zwei schönen und erholsamen Wochen. Danke

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und dekoriert. Die Küche ist gut und in ausreichender Menge eingerichtet. Das Hauptbadezimmer ist angenehm gross und man fühlt sich wohl.
