Point Break is a surfer’s (or beach-lover’s) paradise! Sitting right above Agate Beach with direct beach access, this three-story home has all the amenities you are looking for:

Home Description:
Point Break has unbelievable access to Agate Beach, an Oregon Coast favorite. It has sturdy steps with a handrail down to the beach where you can surf, stroll, beach comb, or whale watch. This home has a spacious great room with a gas fireplace and open concept kitchen overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite countertops, 2 large kitchen tables and a bar (seating for everyone!), and a 6-burner gas stove. There are also 2 decks, 5 private bedrooms, a crow’s nest, and game room. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the main floor and three are downstairs.

White Cap- main floor queen bedroom with shared bath across the hall. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo
Surfer Girl- main floor king bedroom with en-suite bath with shower only.

Gromm's - downstairs bunk room with one full and one twin bed
Pipeline Loft- top floor pull-out chair twin bed with ocean views and shared bath

* We allow arrivals at 3:30 p.m. Monday-Saturdays, 5:00 p.m on Sundays. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m

Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly.
When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retrieved by OPI if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Let us know if you have further questions.

The kitchen had every possible appliance and tool you could need. Best we’ve ever encountered.

The house had great space escpecially the second level with kitchen and living room area, and it was very clean (which is a big deal) and well stocked with dishes, towels, etc.
The biggest disappointment was the view. The trees were so tall that there was bascially just a small area (25%,) where you can see the ocean or the nearby beach. Sit on the deck and watch the ocean...not happening. Trees right in your face. Also, expected a beach where we could go agate hunting. The beaches were pure sand, no rocks, no agates, but if thats what you like, then it was great for just walking.
We were ready for some ping pong team duals, but there were only two paddles and not much in the way of games for the kids. :(
The driveway was so steep that we were concerned to park on it because didn't want emergency brakes failing and cars going through the garage doors, so parked on the street somewhere and had to walk a bit to get to the house each time we went out.
Still had a good time but probably would not stay there again unless those trees were cut way back.
